Before you begin, make certain that you have the information provided to you by your service provider. You will need this information for the following installation steps.
To begin the set up of your HomePortal, enter the 20-character key code that has been provided to you. If you do not have a key code, you can obtain one online at www.2Wire.com/keycode.
